As of January 2025 I merged with colleague Josh Karey (Hands Made for Healing) as he rebranded in November of 2024 MYO Therapy & Movement.

Previous patients ;there will be a small increase in January 2026($10 for hour and 90);( hour $100- 90 Min $130). This will follow a small increase in August 2026 ($10 for 90) = Hour $100 and 90 Min $140. Last increase is not only to match MYO’s Pricing but to meet demands of basics needs of living also as a mark of my Anniversary of MY 15th Years in Massage Therapy , August 2027($10 for hour;$10 for the 90) (Hour $110 and 90 $150) this will bring all patients at the current MYO rate for 90 minute and my new hour rate. For patients who have been with me , if you discontinue seeing me for 6 months at anytime, you will lose your discount for the 90 minute grandfathered rate and will be charged the MYO rate. I post the above rates for my transparency for my long term patients as I greatly value you through the transitions and changes I have made in 2021-2023 where most of you started with me!

For new patients booking after January 2026 I do greatly apologizes that you weren’t able to find me sooner and I am unable to match the discounts above but the prices reflect prices below are on MYO Therapy & Movement’s website and opportunities to get discounts such as birthday months (10% off) are available! We do offer other discounts and take HSA and other health savings payment cards as well! So those can be options if you are on a fixed budget! I also value budgeting, tipping is NOT required for my appointments, I charge a flat fee and no there is no tax or extra fees! The price is the price shown! ($100 for 60 minutes : $150 for 90 as of July 2026)

All patients will be held responsible for no-show and late cancellation fees which will now both be 100% of the service booked per my discretion as what fits a “true emergency”. If it is your first time booking with me and you no-show or you do not communicate with me effectively, I have the right to refuse service and the right to not offer the option to rebook as my schedule and time must be respected and I value my time and others. If I am sick or have a conflict I will do my best to accommodate to reschedule ASAP and offer extended hours in some instances such as Fridays or Evening hours that are not bookable online or available for regular rescheduled appointment times! Please respect that!

What makes me different from other Massage Therapists?:

-New Patients Must book online and paperwork is required to be submitted before their appointment. (link located above or on booking page (also in your emails after your appointment request is accepted.)

-My practice focuses on sports/injury rehabilitation, migraine/headaches, neck and shoulder tension, and hip/knee/ankle pain and strengthening.

-I am only one person! Yes, My schedule online reflects my openings! After ten years I do choose self-care and will not see over 6 patients a day. I do not work weekends or work past my regular hours!

-No Walk-in or same day appointments. You may schedule up until 1 hour before an appointment time if it is available online. Evening appointments

-I have the right to refuse service to anyone. If you are late by 15 minutes or more you will be charged a late fee and asked to reschedule. If you are a no call/no show you will be charge for 100% of your appointment price booked. No future appointments can be booked until fees are paid. If this occurs more that 2 occurrences the patient will no longer be allowed to schedule future appointments unless discussed upon per my discretion.

Hygiene and Wellness are major importance to my practice. The Following Rules are non-negotiable:

  • Please do not come with unclean skin or underarms.(Example: Straight from the gym without showering.) If I can smell excessive perspiration you will be turned away.

  • If you are coming in for foot work please make sure your feet are clean. I will not work on soiled feet. If you have nail fungus know you will be denied foot work. This could transfer to my tools or hands and i can’t risk that.

  • If someone at home or you have been sick with a cough, sinus cold, fever, aches, chills, stomach bug, please just cancel or reschedule! I am currently under going immunotherapy for allergies and cannot receive my treatments if I am ill, So please cancel your appointment to avoid being charged. If you show up and are visibly unwell you will not be seen and I will charge you.

Payment:

Payment is due at your appointment!

When booking online it will ask you to book with a card! This is for no-show protection and late cancellation fee ONLY! If you want to use the card you booked with as a payment time you will need to bring it with to your appointment to be manually swiped at check out! All prices reflect the final price. Tipping is not expected nor required. If you feel the need to please bring cash as I do not have the option to add to your check out process.
